At the start of every appointment, our ‘klinicians’ discuss your goals and how we can work to achieve them within your comfort level, timeline, and budget with the option of using multiple, evidence-based modalities from advanced skincare, weight loss, and sexual wellness to laser treatments, non-invasive face + body contouring, and injectables–like Botox.

We do not take your care lightly. It is important to us that you feel educated and empowered in your treatment plan. We are nurses at our core and advanced practitioners with specialized training and certification. We intend to create an environment of trust, respect, and attention to detail for all our patients.

Kim Suvak Warden, NP

Kim Suvak Warden, MSN, CNP, FNP-C, is the founder of The Klinic. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in fitness and wellness before medical roles in urgent, primary, and aesthetic care.

Kim Suvak Warden, NP earned her first degree at Bates College in Lewiston, Maine, while realizing a passion for clean skincare through a thesis project that documented critical links to public health and the personal care industry.

Following this, Kim went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner degree at Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts. To enhance her aesthetic skills and meld her passions for clean beauty and health promotion, Kim received training and certification from Harvard-trained, board-certified plastic surgeon, Joseph Russo, MD. From there, she opened KSW Medical Aesthetics in 2019, which evolved to become The Klinic by KSW in early 2023. The Klinic focuses on the individual aesthetic goals of each patient while incorporating clean skincare solutions with various state-of-the-art methods to achieve total wellness.

Ally Steede, RN

Ally joins The Klinic from a background in neonatal intensive care and Aesthetics specialty since 2018. With a passion for helping others and obsession with skin care and wellness, she . has a keen eye for detail, and delivers client-specific and attainable care plans to optimize individual aesthetic goals. Her mission is to obtain natural and effortless enhancements to make her clients feel their best!

Ally’s favorite treatment for herself is collagen induction therapy with PRP to help improve her skin texture, tone, and for that overall glow!

In her spare time she loves to travel and be with her black lab, Goose. She is also running the Boston Marathon for a second time in 2024.

Lucy, a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with 30 years of experience in a level 1 Trauma Center. She combines her acute care knowledge with a passion for Aesthetic Medicine.

Lucy brings extensive experience to her role. She has honed her skills under Dr. Joseph Russo, a Harvard-trained plastic surgeon. Lucy excels in injectables and laser services, but her true passion lies in working with bio stimulators, particularly Sculptra for full face harmonization.

Outside of work, Lucy enjoys gardening and walks with her chocolate lab, Otto.

Karina is dedicated to personal growth and has recently channeled her passion into the field of esthetics. She finds immense fulfillment in providing skin care services to those with a proactive approach to their skin’s well-being. Diana Hunt

Nurse Practitioner

Diana is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with a background in fitness and family medicine. She has a passion for health and wellness promotion and strong attention to detail that aids in patients feeling and looking their best following treatments with her. Her favorite treatments are injectables to reduce fine lines/wrinkles and restoration of age-related, volume loss in the face. Diana is also experienced in fat reduction using Coolsculpting and Lipotrophic injections, as well as medically supervised weight loss with Semaglutide! Outside of work, she spends her time with her husband, their three children and family dog. She is an avid runner, and enjoys cooking, traveling, sewing, and playing the piano!

Hanna Arnold

Receptionist
Hanna, a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leading digital teams at renowned organizations such as The LEGO Group, BAE Systems, and Schneider Electric, ultimately decided to embark on a new path driven by her love for beauty. She joined The Klinic due to its client-focused and holistic approach to medical aesthetics. Hanna’s strong connection with nature, fostered by her upbringing in New York’s Finger Lakes region, finds expression in her oil painting hobby. In her free time, she supports various non-profit organizations with her creative and marketing skills. She resides in Boston with her husband, Devin, and their two children, Hudson and Seneca.

Karina is a Licensed Esthetician specializing in corrective, clinical skincare. She has graduated from an intensive mentorship program with Master Esthetician and veteran educator, Cristin McNeil, and acquired extensive hands-on experience in creating customized, holistic, results-driven treatment plans. She is highly trained to deliver luxury facials, Hydrafacials, chemical peels, microneedling, lash tints and lifts, brow shaping and tints, and is a Face Reality Certified Acne Expert. Karina, spearheads our ‘Acne Klinic’ bootcamp, offering specialized training to heal Acne and empower clients for long-term clear, healthy skin.

Cristin Mercer McNeil, LE

Cristin has been a trusted educator for the clean medical-grade skincare brand, Environ for over 17 years. She has also been an active educator for clinical skincare professionals since 1995 and working in collaboration with KSW to provide state-of-the-art skincare services and individualized regimens. Mara Andreason, LE

Mara is a seasoned clinical Esthetician and compliance monitor for the Massachusetts State Cosmetology Board. Mara joins The Klinic after decades of practice in high-end spas delivering advanced skin care treatments utilizing chemical peels, Microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, ultrasonic and microcurrent treatments, Hydrafacial, and dermaplaning. She is meticulous in her attention and care for all skin types and concerns.

Tina is a fabulous Licensed Esthetician and Certified Reiki Practitioner with experience and expertise in HydraFacial and Klinic’s Signature Facials.
