What to Expect During Your Visit

Forms

You will receive a text or email from Boulevard/The Klinic prior to your appointment, prompting completion of your intake form. This will expedite the paperwork process at the beginning of your appointment.

We gladly accept all major credit cards, as well as Venmo and offer flexible financing options through Alle & Cherry.

Prep

If you have not completed your forms ahead of time, please come 5-10mins early.

You will receive an ‘expectations’ email specific to your appointment prior to your visit with helpful information and recommendations. Please review.

Please come with a clean face, free of makeup. If you have a hair restoration appointments, please come with clean, dry hair. For PRP, please arrive to yuor appointment well-hydrated and in a short-sleeve shirt.

Hygiene

We practice strict hygiene protocols in our office. To allow time for sanitation between visits, please note your appointment may run 5-10 minutes behind. Please bear with us and plan accordingly.

Cancellations

You will be charged a weighted fee from $50-$250 for a “no-show,” changed, or canceled appointment within 48-hours. Tardiness over 10 minutes is considered a “no-show” and may be charged if we cannot accomodate.

Masks

You may be required to wear a clean face mask upon arriving for your appointment.

Contraindications for Treatment

Please note the following contraindications prior to scheduling a treatment at The Klinic.

Filler

If you have recieved, or plan to receive, any vaccine or dental work, you cannot have filler before or after 2 weeks.

Hair Restoration (PRP)

No hair treatments may be scheduled within 2 weeks of each appointment.

CIT/Microneedling

No Accutane may be taken within 6 months before and after appointment. No laser may be recieved within 2 weeks of appointment.

All Services

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you will have to wait to receive all treatments. We look forward to seeing you for you mama glow-up when you are ready!
