Your experience at The Klinic by KSW Medical Aesthetics is important to us. Knowing what to expect can help your visit go smoothly, without any unwanted surprises. Please take a moment to read the following information.

What to Expect During Your Visit

You will receive three texts & emails from Boulevard once an appointment is scheduled:

1. At booking confirmation

2. Five days prior to your appointment

3. Three days prior to your appointment

All reminders will prompt you to:

1. Confirm or modify your appointment, and

2. Complete/review any necessary consent, health history, or informational forms.

If you cannot complete them ahead of time, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to your appointment.

Prep

If you have not completed your forms ahead of time, please come 10-15 minutes early.

Hygiene

We practice strict hygiene protocols in our office. To allow time for sanitation between visits, please note your appointment may run 5-10 minutes behind. Thank you for your support and understanding.

Cancellations & Unconfirmed Appointments

You will be charged a weighted fee from $50-$250 for a “no-show,” changed, or canceled appointment within 48-hours. Tardiness over 10 minutes is considered a “no-show” and may be charged if we cannot accommodate your appointment.

If appointments scheduled for longer than 1 Hour of booked time are UNCONFIRMED at 48 hours, despite our outreach attempts, they will be CANCELLED.

Masks

You may be required to wear a clean face mask upon arriving for your appointment.

Contraindications for Treatment

Please note the following contraindications prior to scheduling a treatment at The Klinic.

Filler

If you have received, or plan to receive, any vaccine or dental work, you cannot have filler before or after 2 weeks.

Hair Restoration (PRP)

No hair treatments may be scheduled within 2 weeks of each appointment. Come with clean hair.

CIT/Microneedling

No Accutane may be taken within 6 months before and after appointment. These two treatments cannot be scheduled within 3 weeks of each other or a chemical peel.

All Services

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you will have to wait to receive all medical treatments, but we do have amazing facial and skincare options to keep you on track of your goals and pamper you as deserved!
